Christmas brisket 🎄

Christmas half brisket, done the Fire & Smoke way. 

Our brisket is slow-smoked over wood for 16 hours until tender, juicy and packed with proper BBQ flavour.

Once cooked, it’s vacuum sealed with smoked beef tallow in the bag, then frozen to lock in moisture and flavour.

Simply defrost, reheat and serve at home.
