Christmas Turkey 🎄

Christmas, done the Fire & Smoke way. 

A whole turkey (minimum 2.5 kg), slow-smoked over wood until juicy, tender and packed with proper BBQ flavour.

Once cooked, each turkey is vacuum sealed with plenty of butter in the bag, then frozen to lock in all that flavour and moisture.

Simply defrost, reheat and serve at home — making Christmas dinner a whole lot easier.
